This department focuses on large-scale, multi-year projects that require travel and temporary relocation. The Senior Project Manager that was over Phase 1 of this project had done such an exceptional job, that he was being promoted to a Regional Operations Management role which created a dynamic where the organization needed the right individual who would be able to step in and immediately lead the team on Phase 2 of the project.
