The paper industry continues to deal with an aging workforce which results in mass retirements, sometimes unexpected. There’s an emphasis on attracting the younger generation to the team business. Therefore, whenever an opportunistic candidate arises, most employers in the industry take advantage of it.

How did this opportunity help the candidate?

The candidate we placed was working in the Pacific Northwest but had connections in the Central USA. Things were changing at his company, so the timing was right to consider a change and get closer to family.
