Started as 1 facility and has grown into 3 facilities and have become the #1 producer of dry felt paper in the US. They have also diversified into other 100% recycled paper grades use in void fill for companies like Amazon.

Why was this a real problem for the client?
This was an addition to the team that was needed due to the fact that the Founder/President is starting to phase himself out to retire and turn over the reins to his son. While his son is knowledgeable about the business, he is not a paper maker or engineer so there would be a huge void of knowledge. They wanted someone who has that experience to be able to work alongside the owner and absorb his knowledge as well so that he felt comfortable turning it over. This person will be the son’s right hand man and also be involved in improving efficiencies and help with grade changes as he will move into new industries.
