How long was client searching prior to our involvement?
They were looking in the Spring of 2023 for about 3 months. When they failed to find the right individual, they shut the search down. They re-opened the need when we located the correct individual for the team.

Yes, they have a Human Resources team and dedicated Internal Recruiters.
Why was this a real problem for the client?
Due to the organization’s structure, a portion of the new clients being brought in were being managed by the Sales Manager, due to the limited bandwidth of the sales team. Due to this, the Sales Manager was spending more of their time in the day to day of sales activities and less in leadership, mentoring, and other strategic initiatives. By finding the right individual to manage these clients, the Sales Manager is freed up to do what they do best and the clients will get a more hands-on/dedicated approach to their problems.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
The candidate was looking to relocate to Denver for personal reasons. He is a veteran of the industry and knows what he likes and doesn’t like in a business model and company culture. Due to this, he had some hesitation to jump at the first opportunity he applied to or saw.
