Why was this a real problem for the client?

Our client just hired a new Central Region Sales Director who was coming in to growing sales and ultimately change the way things have been done. They parted ways with a few sales representatives and were seeking someone with contacts in the area. The market was bare in terms of candidates so it was helpful we were able to give them multiple options.

How did this opportunity help the candidate?

The candidate we placed was working outside the industry he knew and loved for much of his career. He was selling rigid packaging and we gave him the chance to get back into the printing industry and he was offered a great compensation plan with a ton of upside.
