Our client has been building a satellite branch in the Central/Gulf Region for the past 5 years. They have been doing this remotely. They have no network in the Gulf/Central region to leverage and their internal recruitment team could not source a viable candidate.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
The candidate was a transplant to the area in 2020. Prior to moving, he spent 10+ years in the industrial and heavy applied side of the business. When he moved to Texas, he joined a commercial contractor that focused on smaller scale system work. This was okay for a while… but he always wanted to get back into the industrial side of the business. This opportunity allows him to build and manage a team with a focus in the type of system work that he truly enjoys.
