Our client had recently hired a new SVP Sales and after assessing his team, realized he had gaps in the Midwest within the current sales team.  They need a sales representative to focus on prospecting and new business development as opposed to account maintenance and were incentivizing this position to do just that.

How did this opportunity help the candidate?

The candidate we placed was looking for a change due to uncertainty within his current company but also a lack of East Coast printing capabilities, which was essentially costing him business. The opportunity we identified gave him more of a chance to sell nationally and to a much larger client base which would lead to more closed sales and money for him.
