Why was this a real problem for the client?

Our client was looking for someone to sell lidding films and rigid packaging to a very specific territory covering the Central region. It’s a tough role to fill as people with this skillset aren’t around every corner. I have worked with this client for the past 3 placements, so we understood the profile they were looking for.

How did this opportunity help the candidate?

We placed a candidate from Cintas who was doing well but looking to grow and develop even further. He was a hard worker and our client’s compensation plan was perfect for him to earn. They doubled his base salary and offered him an unlimited commission. It was an easy decision for him.
