Company Description

Job Title
Logistics & Supply Chain Officer
How long was client searching prior to our involvement?
This client works exclusively with us and we start every search with them from day one.
Did client have internal recruiting resources?
No, they do not.
Why was this a real problem for the client?
Our client has been expanding its operations here in the states for the last several years. They recently announced they are building a new site next to one of their largest customers and this will require close coordination with this client and the warehousing partnerships around the country. More importantly, they don’t have the resources to attract talent here in the United States.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
The candidate we placed was employed but very underwhelmed in her current role. She had international experience which helped her in this role and she was excited about the fact that she could get in on a ground floor opportunity. She should have a chance to grow and advance her career as they continue to grow as well.
