Our client had hired many remote sales representatives over the past year but the West Coast was a real struggle for them.  They were ultimately looking for a sales leader who had an extensive network out West that may make it easier to attract future talent.

How did this opportunity help the candidate?

The candidate we identified was at a crossroads with her current organization as they were just purchased by a larger company and things were inevitably changing. She was the number 1 sales representative in terms of new business and EBITDA yet her contract was going to change. This provided a chance for her to step into a leadership position while continuing to sell and lead other people.
