Our client has had some significant wins here pertaining to sales over the last few years to the point where they needed to add more resources and support to the team. There was 1 customer representative in place and they needed to add someone else. The problem was because they are based elsewhere, they don’t have a real network over here of qualified people to connect with. Our ability to tap into their specific market and bring them multiple options was helpful.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
The candidate that we placed was lacking growth potential and a real challenge. This was her 2nd time working for her former organization and not much was going to change in terms of where her career was headed. Because our client was expanding and doing something truly innovative, this broke up the monotony of her current job at the time. We were able to secure her a more attractive compensation plan as well.
