They were wanting to add another layer between the Plant Manager and Supervisors due to the Plant Manager having been involved in a debilitating accident a year ago. Also depending on the candidate, the person would also help out with their Georgia facility.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
The candidate was given a severance from his previous company which was about to run out. The facility is close to his house and this also will allow him to get more involved with sales which is an area he was interested to get into.
