Our client had a sales representative in a very specific territory that was going to be retiring and needed someone to step in immediately to manage the existing business. Given how limited the market was in terms of available candidates, our network really helped him find a great candidate.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
The candidate we identified came from a distribution background very similar to my clients. However, he was 1 job removed from that space and this allowed him to get back into an industry he knew very well. He also had a chance to inherit a book of business that he could earn commissions off of immediately, which is rare.
