Had been thinking about adding a GM for a few months but decided to pursue more aggressively in February.

Why was this a real problem for the client?
The President/Owner had been getting stretched thin due to the growth of his company and his involvement in the AICC. He wanted to bring someone in who could over see the Day to Day operations for both plants so that he can focus a little more on the sales side.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
The candidate had been seeking for a new opportunity for almost a year and after a couple offers a long the way that didn’t work out this allowed him to get back into his familiar GM position in a location that he desired to be.
