Our client was looking to confidentially replace an underperforming team member. Due to this, they needed this recruitment project done with discretion. Also, their internal team is great at filling needs local to them on the West Coast. This said, they struggle from time to time in their regional areas due to having limited experience recruiting in other regions of the U.S.

How did this opportunity help the candidate?

The candidate spent 5+ years in the Data Center world as a controls specialist. He was becoming burnt out on working directly for a Data Center/a tech giant and took a year and a half off to focus on raising young children. Now that his children are older and going to daycare, he was looking for the right opportunity that would value his data center and BAS experience but offer more flexibility and grace then working directly for a data center organization. This opportunity does exactly that for him.
