The organization built a new branch in a geographic area that they had previously not worked in. They were utilizing a location 70+ miles away and their resources to manage the backlog in the new area. This was only sustainable at a certain level and the backlog has grown to a level that requires a full-time Project Manager in the area. None of the internal candidates wanted to relocate to the area and they were struggling to attract local talent in the area because they have a market focus that many of the contractors in the area do not focus on.

The area has only a handful of players in the Mechanical Construction space and our client was filling a void in the market that the other contractors could not.
