The prior Project Manager recently received a promotion and is now running a team of Project Managers. He did not have an individual underneath him that could also inherit the backlog that he was managing, prior to the promotion. Due to this, he needed to find the right individual that could step in, day one, and begin working on the ongoing as well as upcoming projects that the prior individual had on his plate.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
The candidate spent the first 10 years of their career in the BAS space. During COVID-19, he decided to leave the BAS side of the business and go into the mechanical side of the business. Although this was rewarding for some time, they realized that their passion is controls. This opportunity allows the individual to transition back into the BAS side of the business and broaden their project experience. Also, due to the fact that the new organizations takes on some of the most challenging and premiere controls work in the area.
