The organization was able to win numerous large-scale construction contracts in a new area of the country. This created the need for continued services in a geography that would be traveling to and from all over the country. Due to this, they were looking to find the right individual that would be able to leverage this ongoing work into a sustainable service/retrofit/integration business and build a satellite brick & mortar business in the area. Finding the right individual for this type of undertaking was proving challenging for them.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
The candidate is a previous business owner that closed his doors during the COVID-19 pandemic. At this point in time, it was easier and less risky for him to step into a project management role within a local integrator. The candidate is an entrepreneur at heart and wanted to build his own company again. This opportunity allows him to build an organization’s satellite branch from the ground-up with the financial backing of one of the largest BAS integrators in the country. This allows him to have the best parts of being an entrepreneur without the risk associated with it.
