Because the client is headquartered halfway across the country, they do not have a vast network in the local market. Due to this, they could not find the right individual for this role. They attempted to fill this internally and have an individual from out of state do this while traveling extensively. This was not sustainable and we were brought in to find a suitable local candidate.
