The organization takes on some of the most premiere BAS work all over the country. This was the first project they won in the area and without a local robust network, they did not have the necessary network to fill this need in time for certain project deadlines.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
When the pandemic hit, the candidate’s previous organization transitioned his role to fully remote. When this happened, he relocated out of his previous area to move home to be closer to family. This year, his previous organization decided to move everyone back into the office. Due to this, he was faced with a hard decision of either quitting or relocating away from his family. Luckily, this opportunity allows him to utilize his technical experience that he has honed over the years while working just a few miles from his home/family.
