Matt Suschak has been with Delta since January of 2015 as a member of the Paper & Packaging Practice. He started in a very similar capacity as Chris spending the majority of his time executing on search assignments. Matt came to Delta with a few years of experience in recruiting; so while Delta’s approach was significantly different to him, the search business was not. He spends his time recruiting for various sales, design, operations and engineering professionals for the practice. He has been able to quickly gain trust and engage successfully employed candidates which require more complex recruiting conversations. His success has led to his promotion as Project Manager as well. Matt played professional baseball in the Atlanta Braves minor league farm system from 2010-2012 as a pitcher. So, with his experience thriving in a high pressure, competitive environment; his new role should be perfect for his skill set.
