Ben has spent the early part of 2016 creating a defined training and skill development program to further define career advancement at Delta Diversified. With this new program all of our team have insight and measurable steps to achieve their targets and goals. In addition; he has helped the Building Technologies team with closing deals, developed his own new business, and continue to run the training and development meetings for all of the peer groups in the company. He is passionate about this business and continues to motivate and inspire by developing new topics, tactics, and strategies for everyone to help them succeed. If that wasn’t enough; he is the President of the Cleveland chapter of the Ohio Recruiters Association where he develops content for meetings to advance our industry. Well done Ben
