This was creating a scenario where their Construction Manager was fulfilling both his role and the role of a dedicated Project Manager. This dynamic is deemed unacceptable as the organization values their employee’s wellbeing and they did not want their current team to “burn out”. Thusly, they needed to find the right individual who could take over the project management responsibilities of the backlog and alleviate the stress on the current team.
