Our client hired an additional sales representative in the summer of 2021, who hit the ground running so fast that he was approaching a point where he would be “outselling” the organizations’ capabilities due to technical bandwidth. Due to this, the organization was looking for a skilled technician with upward mobility. This way, they would be able to address the current problem as well as train younger technicians as they continue to grow.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
The candidate was in the process of relocating from the Rocky Mountains to Florida for personal reasons. He was looking for an organization in a single city and was having a hard time finding a strong organization that needed his skill-set. By expanding what city he was looking to move to, he was able to find an organization in a more “scenic” part of Florida, that values what he brings to the table while also giving him the opportunity to grow his career into a management capacity in the very near future.
