Privately owned Regional Industrial Mechanical Contractor
How long was client searching prior to our involvement?
Did client have internal recruiting resources?
Why was this a real problem for the client?
The Owner of the organization has built his company from the ground-up by being involved in every aspect of the business. He has been extremely successful and has built a strong organization. This being said, he had reached a plateau in the business due to how many hours are in the day. Although he is a true entrepreneur, there was no feasible way for him to lead the day-to-day operations while also overseeing the growth plans & strategic vision for the business. Based on this, he was looking for the right business partner that he could overturn the operations aspect of the business to, so that he could focus his time on growth initiatives.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
Due to a non-compete agreement that the candidate was experiencing after his last successful endeavor in the industry; he relocated out of the southeast and was working in a related industry. His true passion is mechanical construction and his home is in the southeast. This opportunity allows him to relocate his family back to the area they love the most, while also allowing him to get back to what he does best, which is growing mechanical contractors from the operations side of the business.
