Job Title

Corporate Quality Manager

How long was client searching prior to our involvement?

The client was searching for 2 week prior to our team sharing this particular candidate.

Did client have internal recruiting resources?

The client does not have an internal recruiting team, they do posts their jobs online.

Why was this a real problem for the client?

Our client had experienced quality managers at each individual site who were responsible for maintaining local quality standards and day‑to‑day compliance. However, as the organization grew and operations became more complex, they recognized the need for stronger oversight and alignment across all locations. To address this, the client sought a senior, corporate‑level quality leader who could provide strategic direction, ensure consistency across sites, and elevate the overall quality management system. This role was designed to oversee and support the existing site‑level quality managers, harmonize processes and best practices, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that the quality system operated effectively at an enterprise level rather than in isolated silos.

How did this opportunity help the candidate?

The candidate we placed brought a solid background in the packaging industry, although her most recent role was narrower in scope than positions she had held earlier in her career. At her current company, her responsibilities were largely focused on maintaining existing processes and systems rather than driving meaningful change or strategic improvement. She was eager for a more challenging opportunity—one that would allow her to leverage her prior experience and take ownership of overhauling and elevating a quality management system at a higher, more impactful level. This role aligned well with her career goals, offering both the professional challenge she was seeking and the chance to operate with greater influence across the organization. In addition, the position provided a competitive compensation increase and the opportunity to travel to multiple sites, which she viewed as a valuable way to build relationships, gain broader exposure to operations, and make a tangible enterprise‑wide impact.
