Company Description
National BAS Integrator
Job Title
Critical Facilities Engineer
How long was client searching prior to our involvement?
3 months
Did client have internal recruiting resources?
Yes, the client has an internal recruitment team.
Why was this a real problem for the client?
Our client builds satellite teams all over the country to execute large-scale Data Center construction. They are headquarted in the Pacific Northwest and have limited knowledge of the Bay area and the competitive landscape in the BAS industry. Due to this, they need outside support to recruit in the area.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
The candidate was attempting to transition from an Engineering/Design role into a Programming/hands-on role. He believes that this type of move would enable him to round out his skill set, making him a more effective project manager in the future. Most of the local organizations in the Bay area were not willing to train him on this, given his time in the industry. Our client, though, makes it common practice to cross-train their individuals and help them achieve growth and promotion goals. Due to this, the organization is pleased to cross-train him and assist him in achieving his professional goals.
