Why was this a real problem for the client?
They had 2 designers that were going to be retiring at the end of 2024. Both designers were seasoned people who had both been with the company for more than 30 years. They wanted and needed 1 seasoned experienced designer who could be the design lead and who could train another designer down the road. It was imperative that they had this person onboarded by December in order to help with the transition.
