Our client had so many openings but not enough candidate flow.  The vacancies and upcoming retirements they had were putting stress on other departments which lead to individuals being over-worked and exhausted.

How did this opportunity help the candidate?

The candidate we placed had family very close to where we placed him, so relocation was easy. He grew up in the area and his wife had already accepted a regional job, that allowed her to travel. He had been passed up for promotion again and again throughout his 15-year career. Although he was new to the flexible packaging industry, his leadership experience was very valuable, and they made a great offer he couldn’t refuse.
