The plant operated with production leads and didn’t have any supervision in between the plant manager and the floor employees. The plant manager typically focuses on the bigger picture and not having anyone in the layer between made it more challenging for him to tend to all important items.

How did this opportunity help the candidate?

The candidate we found was working 6 days a week, off shift and traveling with his company. He never got to see his family and was never able to take vacations to decompress. He was literally living to work. Our opportunity had much more flexibility, increased his compensation and also allowed him to get back to day shift.
