The individual who was placed was the only label sales person in an organization that was primarily defined by the equipment they produce. He felt that it was only a matter of time until his materials division was sold off which would create a lot of future uncertainty. We placed him with a player in the industry where he’ll get the support and attention he needs to be even more successful.
