Our client re-focused their business amidst the impacts of COVID-19. They were able to adjust their solution offerings and actually finish the year better than anticipated. Due to this, their backlog is much stronger than anticipated. Their historical method for project management was proving to be challenging for the organization, as it was stretching their employees too thin. Based on this, they decided to bring in a dedicated Project Manager to take over the backlog, so that the Lead Systems Specialists and the Operations Manager could focus on doing what they do best.

The candidate is a 10+ year industry professional that worked his way up from the field into project management. He traditionally worked on commercial retrofit and integration projects. Due to the impacts of COVID-19, on the Class-A office space in the area, the organization he was with prior to this role implemented a reduction in workforce 1 & 1/2 months prior to our contact with him. In this interim time, he was not able to locate any organizations in the BAS Integration space that were doing well and growing their teams. Through our help, we found an organization for him that values his field and project management experience, that is also doing so well.
