Our Clients’ market share has been growing rapidly due to their reputation and the current demand for high purity process work in both the pharmaceutical and semi-conductor markets. Due to this, they have been winning work at a pace 2 times their normal rate. They were looking for a skilled Project Manager to relocate halfway across the country, to take on a large-scale project for them with little success, until our involvement. Once we engaged with them, we were able to help them identify the finalist candidate immediately, and keep them engaged in the process throughout a 4-month delay, due to unforeseen delays in the project’s contract.
