The service supervisor role for our client requires a combination of technical HVAC system knowledge, demonstrated management aptitude and financial management experience. Our client tried recruiting with their own resources, but was unable to source candidates that had the requisite financial acumen to perform at the level required for this role.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
Our client is a union contractor in this market, which was very interesting to the candidate, who had most of his experience managing union labor. There was not a huge amount of opportunity for this candidate, unless he considered relocation from his home, so we helped him find a very good combination of professional and lifestyle fit.
