Why was this a real problem for the client?
The client has seen an impressive increase in their backlog over the past 18 months. Due to this, they have been growing their field team and field management team commensurately. They have had great internal success in recruiting and retaining technician level candidates, however have been historically struggling to locate Superintendent level individuals. Due to this, the current team of Superintendents have been working more overtime then they enjoy. To ensure that the moral of the organization was not compromised, they needed to hire an individual to take over some of this work so that they did not burn out their current team.
