Chicago is a fantastic market to be in my client wanted more coverage for a certain area of Chicago.  This position was open for 9 months because it’s very challenging to find a true business development professional.

How did this opportunity help the candidate?

Our candidate had gone through his 4th or 5th sales manager in a matter of 4 years so the strategy was constantly changing. My client’s leadership team has an average tenure of 15 years and they knew exactly who they were and what their approach was. This was very attractive to the candidate we found.
