Our client had been trying, for a long time, to commercialize their product here in the USA and prove their concept worked. They were looking to hire a full-time resource to head operations in the Americas. The COVID-19 pandemic created some opportunities for them but also many challenges, too.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
Our candidate had every attribute they were seeking…proactivity, resiliency, passion, motivation, and most importantly, food packaging. He had dealt with literally every client they were wanting to target, and he already had knowledge of them & what they were trying to accomplish.
