Why was this a real problem for the client?

Our client saw a great deal of opportunity for sales and growth in Northwest Arkansas. They have always had someone from outside the territory cover Northwest AR but there was tremendous growth potential if they could add a corrugated sales representative to the market.

How did this opportunity help the candidate?

He was working for a smaller family owned company and was quickly realizing his limitations. Given our client’s national footprint and capabilities, he took the opportunity to learn a bit more. He got along very well with the sales manager and is now strictly dedicated to the Northwest Arkansas market, which is rich with opportunities.
