This location had traditionally operated without a Plant Manager. Their GM handled the sales side of the business while the superintendent oversaw production with the GMs aid. Given the current and future growth planned for the plant, they needed to bring someone in to purely oversee the entire production side and allow the GM continued focus on customer growth and retention.
How did this opportunity help the candidate?
